What is the Service-Learning Office and What Do They Do?

The Service-Learning Office at Hibbing Community College serves faculty, students, community partners and interested members of the general public. The Service-Learning office consists of the Service-Learning Director and an AmeriCorps assistant. There are two offices, the Director is located on the lower level of the gym, office PE-48, and the assistant is located in the lower Fine Arts Building at the end of the Music Hall, office F-46.The offices are staffed throughout the academic year, answering questions and serving as a liaison between the college and community to make your service-learning experience a success. Additionally, the office provides informational packets, evaluation forms and supplementary service-learning materials.
